AI workout programming

Draft every client's
week in minutes,
not evenings.

RepCraft turns a client's goals, injuries, and available equipment into a personalized, periodized weekly program. It writes the first draft — you review, adjust, and assign.

What it does

A first draft that already
knows the client.

RepCraft doesn't hand you a generic template. It programs around the constraints that actually matter — then leaves the final call to you.

A client profile resolving into a structured weekly plan

Profile-to-program drafting

Enter a client's goal, training history, and schedule. RepCraft drafts a full periodized week — the right split, sets, and rep ranges for where they actually are.

Export the way you already deliver

Take the finished plan into the platform you already use, or hand it over as a clean printable week. RepCraft fits the workflow you've built — it doesn't replace it.

Injury-aware by default

Flag a tender shoulder or a recovering knee and RepCraft routes around it — swapping loaded movements for safer alternatives that still hit the goal.

Programs the kit they have

Home setup, a full rack, or a single set of bands — every draft only uses the equipment the client can actually reach.

Built-in progression

Each draft carries sensible week-to-week progression, so the plan moves the client forward instead of repeating the same loads.

You review, you assign

Nothing ships automatically. Swap an exercise, nudge the volume, then hand the finished week to your client. RepCraft drafts; you coach.

The blank page is the bottleneck

The drafting is the part
that eats your evenings.

Most coaching tools help you deliver programs. The hours go somewhere else — writing the first version of every client's week from a blank screen. RepCraft is built for exactly that one job.

How it works

Three steps from profile
to a plan you'd sign.

Describe the client

Goal, experience, days per week, equipment, and anything to work around. A short form — no spreadsheets.

Read the draft

RepCraft writes a complete, periodized week in minutes — exercises, sets, reps, and progression, all matched to the profile.

Adjust & assign

Tune anything that doesn't fit your eye, then deliver the finished plan. Your judgment, on RepCraft's first draft.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Does RepCraft replace the trainer?

No — and it's designed not to. RepCraft writes the first draft so you skip the blank page. Every plan goes through your review before a client sees it. You're still the coach; you just start from a strong draft instead of nothing.

How does it handle injuries and limitations?

You flag any areas to protect when you describe the client. RepCraft avoids contraindicated movements and substitutes safer alternatives that still serve the goal. You always see what it changed and can override it.

What if my client only has minimal equipment?

Tell RepCraft what's available — a full gym, a few dumbbells and bands, or bodyweight only — and the draft is built strictly from that list. No movements your client can't actually perform.

Can I use the plans in the platform I already have?

Yes. RepCraft focuses on drafting, not delivery. Take the finished program into your existing coaching app or hand it over as a clean printable week.
