This Privacy Policy explains how RepCraft ("RepCraft", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and services. RepCraft is an AI tool that drafts workout programs for fitness coaches.

1. Information We Collect

  • Account & contact data you provide: your name, email address, professional role, and details you submit through our demo or contact forms.
  • Client profile data you enter to generate a program: training goals, experience level, available equipment, and injury or constraint notes. We ask you not to include your clients' names, emails, or other direct identifiers.
  • Usage & technical data collected automatically: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and cookie data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to demo and contact requests and communicate with you;
  • To provide, operate, and improve the program-drafting service;
  • To measure and secure our website and service;
  • To comply with legal obligations.

3. Legal Bases (GDPR)

Where the GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of your consent, the performance of a contract, our legitimate interests in operating and improving the service, and compliance with legal obligations.

If you are in the EU/UK (GDPR) or California (CCPA/CPRA), these rights include access and deletion, and — because we do not sell personal data — there is no sale to opt out of. RepCraft is intended for fitness professionals and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
