These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the RepCraft website and services. By using RepCraft, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

RepCraft is an AI tool that drafts workout/training programs for fitness coaches based on the constraints you provide. RepCraft produces a first draft for you to review, adjust, and assign. The service is in an early stage and evolves over time.

2. Important Disclaimer — Not Medical Advice

RepCraft drafts are starting points generated by an AI model and may contain errors or omissions. They are not medical, physiotherapy, or health advice and are not a substitute for the professional judgment of a qualified coach or clinician. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and adapting every draft before assigning it to a client, and for ensuring it is safe and appropriate for that individual. RepCraft does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of any output, and the service is provided "as is".

3. Your Responsibilities

• Review every draft and apply your professional judgment before use;
• Provide accurate information and use the service lawfully;
• Obtain any consents you need from your clients for the data you enter;
• Take full responsibility for the programs you assign to your clients.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for activity under it. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Intellectual Property

The RepCraft website, brand, and software are owned by RepCraft and may not be copied, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission. Program drafts you generate are yours to use within your coaching practice.

6. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer it, or use it for unlawful purposes or to harm others.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepCraft is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any outcome arising from programs reviewed and assigned by you. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version takes effect when posted, with the date shown above.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and the courts of Ankara shall have jurisdiction over any dispute.
